if you're 65 or older and enrolled in Medicare, you may qualify for home health care services covered at 100%, provided certain conditions are met:

• Physician's Care: You must be under a doctor's care, and the doctor must establish and regularly review your care plan.

• Need for Skilled Services: You require intermittent skilled nursing care, physical therapy, speech-language pathology services, or continued occupational therapy.

• Homebound Status: You're considered homebound, meaning:

  • Leaving home isn't recommended due to your condition.
